**The Role**:
We are currently seeking for an **Employer Brand Lead** to support one of our pharmaceutical Client-** Sanofi**. The Employer Brand Lead will take ownership for the Talent community and talent engagement strategy ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met.
This position is** based in Paris**, working directly with one of AMS Clients driving the Talent community and engagement strategies.
This is a fixed term opportunity with 12 months contract.
**Key Accountabilities**:
**Driving Strategy and Outputs**
- Partner with Recruitment team to understand demand and align Talent Community strategy.
- Support activities in driving outputs from Talent Community, developing the overall strategy for building a talent pool aligned with critical hiring needs.
- Presenting TC Strategy to key stakeholder groups, creating buy-in into Talent Engagement Strategies.
**Reporting**
- Building regular reports and insight (defined target growth for in-demand areas, diverse talent, general talent pool health, engagement metrics and talent pool hires, ensuring the play back of successes).
- Designing and developing Dashboard and reporting tools.
**Engagement**
- Partnering with Attraction Team in supporting creation of content for engagement.
- Supporting activities to drive engagement in TC (Newsletters, other content).
- Building a library of content to use for Business Development Purposes.
**Admin and Support**
- CRM SME Activities (Training, Support, New features, General TC administration).
- Creation, administration and execution of Portals and TC’s to support attendance and data capture of events.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Master’s degree level education.
- A first experience in **brand management **or **marketing**.
- Fluent in **French **and **English**.
- Comfortable presenting training, solutions and data-based research with small to medium sized groups.
- Ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategy.
- Excellent attention to detail and experience working with Microsoft Suite products (mostly delivering on PowerPoint and Excel).
- Self-motivated with proven experience of developing and leading sourcing related projects.
