**Les missions**:

- Rattaché au Group Chief Data Officer, vous serez à la tête d'une équipe d'une dizaine de personnes composées de Data Analysts et Data Scientists. Les principales missions de l'équipe qu'il/elle dirige sont:

- Fournir des analyses de données, du data mining, des corrélations de données pour tous les métiers du groupe.
- Fédérer les besoins en business intelligence, valider les spécifications et créer des tableaux de bord et des visualisations standardisés.
- Générer de la valeur en utilisant l'apprentissage automatique et l'intelligence artificielle et préparer des outils numériques faciles à comprendre par les experts métier.
- Organiser la veille technologique pour le ML et l'IA
- Animer les politiques techniques en alignant et fédérant les propriétaires de données d'entreprise, l'équipe IS/IT, les partenaires externes pour obtenir la valeur maximale pour l'entreprise.
- Diriger, recruter et accroître les connaissances collectives de l'équipe et participer aux formations et aux actions d'acculturation au sein de l'entreprise.

PROFIL REQUIS

**Qualifications**
De formation en informatique, data ou IA. Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devez avoir de solides compétences analytiques, une capacité à synthétiser des problèmes complexes et à convaincre avec des faits et de manière simple et exploitable. Vous êtes leader et orienté client, avec d'excellentes capacités d'organisation.

**Expérience**
Expérience reconnue en tant que manager data en environnement industriel. Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en Data Science avec des exemples concrets de projets et de succès utilisant des séries temporelles, la vision par ordinateur, la classification automatique des défauts, l'analyse de dérive, l'analyse multivariée.

**Compétences**
- Connaissance des langages de programmation (Python ou R)
- Expérience pratique des outils de BI tels que PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik.
- Connaissance spécifique des bibliothèques ML/AI : NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Matplotlib.
- Connaissance de Databricks, Spark ML et au moins une plateforme ML (exemple Dataiku, DataRobot)
- Capacité à gérer un projet data (définir les objectifs, mobiliser les parties prenantes, proposer des solutions...).
