TikTok's Content team sits within our Operations team whose goal is to understand and champion the needs of our creators & communities, and celebrate the diversity and creativity of our users & our platform. Our team vision is to amplify the power of our global community and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are. The local Content team is focused on delivering key local strategic insights, managing local partners and creators and driving core initiatives to develop our diverse content ecosystem and to ensure the success of our creator communities and key partners across core pillars of Music, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming, Lifestyle & EDU and Emerging Verticals.

As Music Content lead for France & Benelux, you will report directly into the General Manager Operations for the region and will be responsible for the development and impact of TikTok's local Music content strategy on the platform. The France & Benelux music team mission is to maximise the impact of music on TikTok for artists and fans which includes the discovery and promotion of music trends, driving music campaigns, as well as onboarding and amplifying relationships with musicians, record labels, and music distributors. Specifically, you will adapt the overall global content strategy for the vertical, initiate local activations, oversee a team who manage a portfolio of our top artists and partners relationships and their business agreements, and drive strategic initiatives to accelerate their growth and success on the platform. You will be both external facing, representing the company at key events and partner engagements, and internal, as you drive many cross-functional initiatives, interfacing with TikTok's Programming, Product, Marketing, Comms, Commercial and Legal teams to develop business strategies and operationalize our efforts to grow the Music content vertical on the platform at a local level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive overarching strategy and execution for the Music content category locally, working closely with

global teams
- Directly lead TikTok's local Music team and build relationships with local music labels, Festivals and

lead local partnership
- Leverage global strategic guidance and best practices, in order to deliver vertical growth strategy
- External partner management and engagement with top creators
- Cross functionally execute all music-related components within TikTok initiatives for the region.
- Drive, measure & analyze performance against key engagement metrics
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to highlight creators and support their initiatives,

establish evolving best practices to optimize creator performance locally
- 10/12 years music industry experience
- Experience in influencer marketing, media, familiar with local music culture and Internet development

trends
- In-depth domain knowledge of the music content vertical
- Existing relationship with both a network of top music content creators, musicians, labels and music

content partners to lead towards partnership
- Managerial and leadership experience with successful track record, strong organizational analytical,

strategic thinking skills and a strong ability to collaborate cross function
- Good communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for TikTok
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, identify problems, and come up with constructive solutions.
