**Customer Care Officer (f/m/d), limited position**:
**Your responsibilities**:
As part of our Customer Care Gas & Registries team, you assist members of the Exchange on a daily basis, answering questions and needs of the customers. You also assist all Exchange admission related processes. In one of the central functions of the exchange, you are in close contact with members and coordinate their admission with internal and external partners located in Europe. As a Customer Care Officer, you participate to projects for the launch of new products by providing information on specifications, procedure and checklist update. You also participate in updating common internal and external documentation. You also participate to some of the tasks performed by the Registries team, in the admission of Registry members or daily processes to maintain the customer databases.
In doing so, you will become a valued partner for different stakeholders inside EEX Group as well as for external parties. **You bring along**:
- University Degree (preferably with a focus on business administration, back-office management)
- and/or experience in back/middle office
- Knowledge of energy or commodity trading would be a plus
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, flexibility and reliability
- High proficiency in English, French and/or German is a plus
- Interest in working in a multi-cultural environment
