Tes missions :

Sur un planning alterné, du lundi au jeudi, puis du lundi au samedi :

  • Interagir au quotidien avec nos clients, parents et ados, de manière réactive et professionnelle (mails, réseaux sociaux, appels sortants) :

    • Les accompagner dans leur découverte de l'offre, répondre à leurs questions

    • Trouver des solutions à leur(s) problème(s), gérer leurs éventuelles réclamations

  • Identifier, qualifier et consolider les retours clients pour les partager auprès des différentes équipes en interne (Marketing, Tech, Product notamment)

  • Prendre en charge une responsabilité auprès de nos clients ou au sein de l'équipe
