**Country Manager France - Tech Sales & Support (E-Commerce / Remote)**

We’re looking for a digital and tech-savvy Country Manager to lead and grow our French-language webshops. You’ll be the primary contact for our French-speaking customers (FR, BE, CH), managing inquiries, quotations, and orders while providing consultative support to companies integrating our displays into their own projects.

**Your day-to-day**
- Manage the full sales and support cycle for French-speaking customers
- Support our team and international clients in English where needed
- Provide consultative guidance on display integrations for SMBs and key accounts
- Maintain and optimize content across our French-language shops and marketing channels
- Collaborate with colleagues in Europe and the U.S. to improve operations and customer experience

Alongside your core tasks, we encourage our team to use part of their time to pursue initiatives aligned with their interests or experience. This gives you space to grow while improving the company. Examples include running a digital marketing campaign, testing AI tools to automate workflows, exploring data to improve decision-making, or refining FAQs and SEO content. **Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in sales, account management, or technical support
- Comfortable with technology, ideally with an understanding of displays or PC hardware
- Proactive, independent, and structured in your work
- B2B experience is a plus
