Procurement Manager - France (construction)
We are working with a leading tier one contractor on a major project in France.
Having recently been awarded a major highway/ infrastructure project in Lyon valued at over 150 million Euro. They are looking for a procurement manager to ensure a correct and convenient supply of goods and services related to the projects launched in the region.
Within the role you will be responsible for;
- National and international market surveys to identify potential suppliers, through an in-depth analysis process;
- Systematic comparison of new suppliers with those previously qualified and constantly monitor those activated;
- Periodically define the strategic plan of purchasing activities;
- Manage negotiations with suppliers by negotiating the best possible conditions, evaluating the opportunity to issue Open Orders;
The role will be within a major JV partner where you will be an integral part of the supply chain.
