Service Operation Manager (H/F) - Libourne - Libourne
Rattaché(e) au Service Manager, vous interviendrez en tant que Service Operation Manager pour l'un de nos clients sur Libourne.
**Les missions**:
**Manager l'équipe de techniciens et de managers**: animation, suivi RH, développement des compétences, recrutement.
Etre garant des moyens mis en ?uvre pour tenir les engagements dans le respect des contrats de services définis avec le client.
Participer à différentes instances de suivi de pilotage d'activité contractuelles.
Participer à l'élaboration de plans d'actions et mise en place de cellule de crise si nécessaire.
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la prestation client gérée.
Analyser et contrôler la qualité de services.
Rédiger la roadmap AMC
Gérer la partie financière
Technical skills
Très bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, de reporting, de gestion d'incidents et des demandes de planification.
Une expérience confirmée et réussie en tant que manager un prérequis indispensable.
Une bonne approche théorique des principaux indicateurs clé de performance d'un contrat est indispensable.
La maîtrise courante de l'anglais est requise.
