**Job description**:
The Brand & Communications team is responsible for promoting the l'entreprise brand and products as well as bringing its storytelling to life across owned and earned channels.

In this role you will manage a growing team currently comprised of 10 experts, shared among the following fields:

- External communications & press relations: including speaker opportunities and media relations
- Brand marketing & strategic partnerships: Events, Advertising, Influence, Partnerships
- Social media & Communities: to be the voice of l'entreprise among communities and traditional channels (Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)
- German advocacy: to better address the needs of the German community
- Channel Marketing: to make sure our products & services are found and chosen among the competition and at key retailers

You are also responsible for the brand platform definition as well as leading the expression of l'entreprise’ sense of purpose.

You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with other marketing teams (online marketing, studio & content) as well as the sales team. You are the single point of contact for brand and communication topics within the company to ensure that all stakeholders are well aware and aligned with the brand & communication strategy.

Your ability to drive both your teams and the various poles related to the company's vision and visibility will be key to the success of this role.

**Requirements**:

- You have a master’s degree in communications or marketing and at least 10 years of proven experience in brand marketing, external communications, trade marketing and know how to build a brand platform
- You have strong management skills and are able to lead a team with very diverse jobs and skills
- You are fluent in both English and French and are used to working in international environments
- You are an expert at building powerful storytelling, brand awareness initiatives, and campaign execution in highly dynamic environments
- You have a curious mind and an appetite for innovation as well as tech issues and / or health
