We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven individual to join our team as a **Business Development Manager.**This role will encompass BDR team management and direct business development responsibilities to drive growth, optimize team performance, and support our Sales and Marketing teams in achieving company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Business Development Representatives (BDR) team to enhance performance, ensure engagement, and foster professional development.
- Set individual and team goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Organize and lead regular team meetings, sharing best practices and market insights.
- Collaborate with upper management to refine BDR strategies and improve processes.
- Support recruitment, on-boarding, and continuous training of new BDR team members.

**Business Development & Sales Support**
- Build and cultivate professional relationships with C-level executives by initiating and maintaining communications to generate new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales managers to identify evolving priorities and align BDR activities accordingly.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies for key accounts and industry segments.

**Collaboration with Other Teams**
- Work in partnership with the marketing team to drive social media outreach and identify potential prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and ensure consistent pipeline updates.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management through CRM tools and other reporting mechanisms.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business development, IP industry, sales or a related field.
- Previous experience in team management or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and pipeline development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess customer needs and propose solutions.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
