Their company: Elvesys is an innovative company of 50 people created by three young PhDs in microfluidics. Their goal is to become the flagship of microfluidics in the world so that all research teams around the world benefit from the potential of microfluidics

Description

You will join the After sale and Support department of Elveflow. Elveflow is an innovative SME selling equipment for researchers in the microfluidics field. Even if Elveflow provides easy to use equipment, it’s always possible to bring more help and support.

The After sales and namely the customer success department is here to improve the user experience. You will help to develop new service offers to train users on the equipment and get a better understanding of microfluidics to help them in their research. You will be working mostly in English so you need to be comfortable with it.

A scientific background and some microfluidics knowledge are a plus but everything can be learnt here.

Your missions will be:

- Being with the team at the fist line in the After Sales request answering or leading toward the right person to address the situation.
- Handling microfluidics and micro fabrication training, online but also with a possibility to travel to the customer lab to do on site work, all over the world.
- Developing the department and make the customer success a key stone in the company
