You'll be part of our dynamic Content & Organic Grow team, composed of a Team Lead and a Storyboard Artist, an Environment Artist, an Animator, a Lighting Artist, and a Sound Designer. Role and Missions - What you will do
As an Art Production Coordinato r, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the entire art production pipeline, from conceptualization to final implementation. You will work closely with each member of our art team to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of high-quality assets.
This role demands strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing schedules and deliverables. Effective communication is crucial, as you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, to establish realistic production timelines and resource allocation.
In addition, you will conduct research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, informing our creative direction and enhancing our output. You will also play a key role in structuring and frameworking processes and pipelines, optimizing workflows, and maximizing efficiency throughout the production cycle.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Oversee the entire art production process, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, giving feedback, and tracking progress.
Maintain clear communication within the art team and with relevant stakeholders to establish realistic production deadlines and resource allocation.
Conduct market research to benchmark competition, stay updated on industry trends and best practices, inform creative direction, and enhance output
Lead the structuring and framework of processes by implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the art production pipeline.
Troubleshoot and resolve art-related issues in collaboration with the team.

You must be enrolled in a university that can provide an Internship Contract and be available for a 6-month full-time onsite internship in Paris
