We have a current opportunity for a CRM & Engagement manager to lead strategic BtoC CRM and Engagement projects and ensure their successful deployment across our European countries.

Conditions

**Role**: CRM Marketing Project Manager

**Location**: Paris, Hybrid (2 days on-site)

**Rate**: VERY Competitive

**Start Date**: From September

**Length of initial contract**: 6 months + extension

**Language**: English speaking - French would be a plus

Key responsibilities

Implement the global CRM & Engagement Strategy
Ensuring CRM database consistency and compliance
Direct report to the Dir. Of Customer Engagement
A deep understanding of Customers Data (segmentation, profiling)
Excellent communication skills to work closely with Loyalty, IT, Data, Legal, Branding and Business teams
Project management experience with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytic capabilities
