**CONTEXTE**:
Au sein du futur pôle End User, nous avons en charge l'ensemble des activités Digital Workplace, qui sont les suivantes : Poste de travail, Services collaboration / communication, espaces connectés...

Nous recherchons une personne qui interviendra au sein du nouveau département Service Delivery, rattaché dans l'équipe au Service Delivery Manager (responsable du département).

**MISSIONS**:
Le Customer Success Manager sera rattaché au Service Delivery du pôle. Il sera mobilisé auprès d’un cluster et de ses entités. Il doit disposer d’une sensibilité dans les métiers du cluster.
- Assurer le lien direct entre le pôle, le cluster et les entités
- Responsable & priorisation du bon traitement des incidents
- Garantir la qualité du service support utilisateur
- Suivre le plan d’action de sécurisation du Run du cluster & ses entités
- Garantir la fluidité & la priorisation des demandes guichets de l’entité (inférieur à 50 jours)
- Etre le premier niveau d’escalade des clusters sur leur irritants (incidents, projets )
- Communiquer le Dashboard des indicateurs opérationnels des entités du cluster
