Our core Values are : Pioneering Spirit, Fast & Agile, Excellence, Greener & Cleaner **Accelerating sustainable mobility for all.** **Job description**: We are looking for a creative and dedicated internal editorial communication coordinator who will be responsible for the development of our internal corporate communication. You will act as a channel of communication between the management and the employees at corporate level, ensuring that the internal communication initiatives defined in the annual communication plan are properly implemented. **Responsibilities**: To strengthen ACC's internal editorial communications by assisting the communication team: - Ensuring a correct circulation of the information and correct implementation of our campaigns across all of our sites - Drawing up and maintaining an editorial schedule for the year, keep track and organize the content storing and archiving - Administering ACC’s intranet and helping staff to get to grips with it; - Contributing to the intranet overhaul project from an operational perspective - Be a driving force behind proposals to animate the ACC community, deploy an ambassadorship strategy and work on recruitment campaigns with the social media manager, - In relation with the event managers, amplifying certain internal events that bring people together and create a sense of pride in belonging, (Group seminars, induction days for new employees, various internal events, etc.) - Work on cross-functional projects (QWL, sustainable development, certification, etc.), 2. Content creation - Writing content for internal communications, in particular internal newsroom articles, Viva engage posts and the internal newsletter (1 issue per month), - Participating in the development of various institutional communication tools and writing institutional content (brochure, posters, etc.) in line with the brand's DNA - Use creative software (adobe, canva, hubspot, photoshop...) - Create content in coordination with our Internal journalist: videos, tips, stories, real life,... - Working with the team of graphic designers to develop internal and institutional information media: animations, posters, brochures, kakemonos, etc. - Manage the translation and localization of the developed content 3. monitoring and analysis - Be aware of the latest trends on internal communication.
