Job title IT Application Manager - Qualification and DevPack Expertise tools Describe your team For the IT Finance and Operations Department at L'Oréal, in the Product Conception Domain, this team is working mainly for Development & Packaging teams especially for tools dedicated to Qualification management solutions and transversal "expertise" tools. We operate a set of tools that support their processes and workflows, mainly with homegrown solution like Compack, GECO,.. and also expert tools "on the shelf" like Catia, Solidworks, PDM, We are also managing software licences for Dev&Pack users as per group requirements. 3 main challenges specific to the position **Main challenges will be**: - To manage the delivery of new functionalities with business teams prioritization - To follow & optimize the process related to Software licences management and relationship with editors/resellers Details of the mission - IT Application Manager: Plan, organize and manage internal/external resources to deliver projects on budget, on time and to quality standards. Orchestrate and coordinate stakeholders from Operations Dev & Pack teams and IT to stay on track with their needs and constraints in the timeframe required. Identify project risks and make trade-off decisions. Supplier support monitoring: SLA, response time, categorization, prioritization and service quality **Regarding expert tools**: providing guidelines & best practices on the Non-regression Tool (expanding the usage of these automation to other domains & department at IT Ops&Fin, checking what is done by those teams and providing optimization tips. This may evolve depending on opportunities in the domain.
