Our technology connects directly to manufacturers’ (OEM) embedded telematics systems to collect, harmonize, and deliver vehicle data via APIs or custom solutions.
We are looking for an experienced French-speaking Account Manager who can elevate the customer experience and turn every relationship into a long-term partnership.

**Your responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of professional clients
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts: upsell, cross-sell, fleet expansion
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and users
- Ensure regular monitoring of performance and solution usage
- Collaborate with internal teams under the responsibility of the France Sales Director
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings and processes through customer feedback
- Represent the company at client events and industry trade shows
**Your profile**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B Account Management, ideally in SaaS
- Natural ability to build rapport, listen to, and understand clients
- Comfortable engaging clients proactively through various channels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset
- Strong ability to analyze client needs and articulate value propositions
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales environments
**Bonus (not mandatory)**
- Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, automotive, or mobility sectors
- Proficiency in English is a strong asset
