Our division Interior Systems is looking for an Innovation Purchasing Buyer (Trainee) to be based in Nanterre HQ (France) close to La Défense and with frequent (1-2 times/week) traveling to our R&D center in Méru (40min from Gare du Nord)

**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
Missions:

- He/she will report directly to Innovation Purchasing Manager, and will support the following activities:

- Purchasing Innovation:

- Cost / workload Data analysis & modeling
- Interacting with the suppliers throughout the innovation process in close collaboration with both innovation / engineering and purchasing teams : Company robustness, cost, contract, technical readiness
- Coordination of supplier Innovation fuleing activities & events | Techdays
- Supplier Market screening on new technologies
- Negotiate NDA / contracts
- Prototype Sourcing:

- Structure RFQ package/ NDA to prototype suppliers
- Implement Service frame contracts / participate in negotiations
- Track progress, engineering change request, weekly reporting on eco performance
- Support definition of Supplier & Purchasing Carbon reduction roadmap & concrete actions
- Collaboration with worldwide CO2 Champions Commodity & Regional Network
- Benchmark cross industry actors in advanced phase of Sustainability & Carbon Neutral Roadmap in Supply Chain
- Trainee period start from April/ May for 6 months
