We offer a Sales Development Specialist position in the European Sales Development (SD) team at the Natural Specialty Business Unit.

This role, reporting to our European Sales Development Director, will be accountable for the development and execution of trade campaigns across the French market in offline, supporting business strategies to ensure the company's growth in this country. This role will work transversally with the direct and indirect sales teams, operations, customer service, and Marketing Teams.
Will be located in our Paris office

**What you will do**
- **Develop Offline activation plans for Specialty** brands in collaboration with our Marketing and Sales teams.
- Responsible for defining **presence and visibility** guidelines for strategic brands and its alignment with Sales and Marketing Directors.
- **Develop Promotional plans** for each brand and channel and close monitoring of their impact on the market (trade and consumer promo).
- Own definition of masterplan (consolidated calendar of activities across brands).
- **Set clear KPIs** for top Brands and continuous follow up.
- Responsible of the **communication to Offline sales teams** of Planned activities: Lead internal presentations
- Develop supporting tools needed and also the aligned training programs.
- **Continuous analysis and follow up of results**: quantitative (sell in and sell out) and qualitative analysis in order to ensure proper post-mortem analysis of key initiatives to set clear learnings and/or best practices. Proposal of corrective actions when needed.
- **Support to Top customers**: develop specific initiatives, innovation presentations and Catman projects when needed.
- **Point of Sales Materials**: Management and coordination of the suppliers for the development of the POP material (POS/Gadget/Exhibitors/Leaflet)
- Monitor and control of the **A&P** expenses, according to the assigned budget
- Promotional plans execution and coordination with sales and customer service team.
- Participate at cross country projects within NSBU.

**What we are looking for**
- Degree in Economics or similar
- 5 years or more of experience in Trade Marketing. Preferably with experience in managing specialty categories such as Natural foods, Beauty, Cosmetics, Pharma OTC.
- Previous experience in a sales field team is required
- Traveling availability according to business needs.
- Fluency in French and English. Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus.
