L'agence DERICHEBOURG Interim et Recrutement de Albert recherche pour l'un de ses clients un(e) **Project Procurement and Logistics Manager** (PPLM) support (H/F)

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Revue et mise à jour des diverses actions/planning d’exécution achats sur le projet -Etablissement du programme des achats du projet
- Apporte son support aux acheteurs pour les négociations critiques
- Suit la clôture des Non Conformités
- S’assure que les acheteurs et gestionnaires de commodités sont bien en possession des packages de consultation nécessaires

Participe aux réunions hebdomadaires d’avancement du projet avec les autres fonctions en interface avec les achats, établi les notes de réunion et assure le suivi des actions de chacun S’assure que les obligations des fournisseurs en termes de « custom and duties » sont bien tenues Participe activement à la gestion des réclamations fournisseur Apporte son support au PPLM Projet pour établir les rapports mensuels (avancement comparé au planning, état financier, réclamations, difficultés, plans d’actions, respect des jalons de paiement ) S’assure du bon respect des règles GE en terme d’EHS, d’intégrité et de qualité en fonction des requis applicables

Exécution suivant le budget défini

Gestion des réclamations fournisseurs Indicateurs divers tels que demandés par le projet ou la fonction achats

Co-responsable du “Engineering Procurement Plan” ( EPP ) pour les fournitures et services projet à acheter -Suivi périodique et reporting au management de l’avancement (hebdomadaire et mensuel)
