As a Business Development Manager at Convera we’ll be looking for you to approach business prospects on behalf of the company to attract new clients for our B2B division.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Influencing everyone from the owner of a start-up to the finance director or chief executive officer of a large, established corporation.
- Consulting with them on their currency requirements, risk profile and payment solutions whilst progressing toward securing sustainable, profitable trading relationships.
- Managing the full sales-cycle up to on-boarding the new client.

- Ambitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.
- Financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of consultative sales principles, adept at executive corporate level negotiations, and building long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry, (preferably in the Foreign Exchange market though not essential).
- Strong English language skills (preferable)
