At Enzo, we support researchers in life science across the globe to achieve their next great discoveries. And now, we are looking for you We are on the hunt for a Customer Support Specialist who loves helping people, thrives on variety, and brings positive energy to every interaction.
**Your Mission**
As the first point of contact for customers, the Customer Support Specialist will interact with customers to answer technical enquiries across a wide range of products, process orders, provide timely and accurate information in response to inquiries such as product availability and order status, and serve as a support liaison to the company’s customers.
**What You’ll Do**
**Customer Support**:
- Process orders as they arrive and pro-actively update the customer
- Assist with customer inquiries including availability, complaints, documentation, and pricing
- Increase customer satisfaction and transaction profitability via cross-selling and up-selling
- Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Sales, Shipping, and Technical Support
- Keep records spotless in our CRM/ERP systems
- Bring fresh ideas to improve processes and make life easier for our customers
**Technical Support**:
- Help customers navigate product documentation, datasheets, and protocols
- Coordinate with internal scientific experts for more advanced inquiries
- Guide customers toward the right Enzo products and solutions based on their research needs
- Gain a good understanding of ELS product offering and value propositions
- Maintain knowledge of scientific advancements in a variety of research fields

- Clear, friendly, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Attention to detail, confidence with digital tools, and strong organization
- Last but not least, a genuine desire to help the scientific community
