MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Il rapporte au Chef de Chantier ou au Superintendant de Construction lorsque celui-ci est mobilisé
- Il est responsable dans sa spécialité de l’exécution des travaux et services construction selon les programmes établis.
- Il supervise directement les sous-traitants, fait prendre immédiatement les actions correctives nécessaires en cas de divergence avec le PLAN SSE SITE, les procédures qualité, les plannings et informe le chef de zone.
- Il applique le PLAN HSE.
- Il participe à la rédaction des permis de travaux et permis spéciaux.
- Il vérifie que les Entreprises travaillent avec les documents en bonne révision.
- Il prépare les ordres de travaux supplémentaires et complémentaires.
- Il supervise et contrôle les sorties de matériels, ex.: tuyauterie, câbles, instrumentation, avec le Responsable du matériel.
- Il examine les plannings de détail des Entreprises.
- Il contrôle les avancements rapportés par les Entreprises.
- Il vérifie les informations rapportées sur les documents “tel que construit”.
- Il prépare et supervise les punch listes de travaux.
- Il participe aux réunions hebdomadaires (ou quotidienne pendant les travaux en phase « indisponibilité ») avec les sous-traitants et fournisseurs:
- avancement
- qualité
- sécurité
- Il est responsable du contrôle qualité sur site suivant les procédures et rapporte au Field Engineer ou au Coordinateur QA/QC lorsque celui-ci est mobilisé.
- Il donne l’assistance technique nécessaire aux entreprises surtout dans l’interface Engineering/réalisation.
- Il rapporte tous les soirs l’avancement des travaux de chaque fiche d’intervention ou gamme. Il peut se faire assister d’un agent des Entreprises, mais il reste responsable du rapport.
- Il organise le travail selon les instructions du Chef de Chantier.
- Il contrôle les rapports journaliers de main d’œuvre présente sur site et rapporte au chef de zone.
- Il rédige des feed-back.
FORMATION/EXPERIENCE
- 10 ans minimum d'expérience en supervision de travaux dont expérience significative sur site de stockage/transport de gaz
- Très bonne expérience en préparation et suivi de travaux de tuyauterie
- Elaboration des dossiers de réception de travaux
- Gestion du suivi de la réception qualité
- Sensibilité aux outils informatiques et bases de données
