**The team**:
- This position is located within our Global Sales and Marketing group and part of the Global Sales Operations team. Global Sales operations objective is to support and promote that best practices are accessible and used by Sales, Marketing and Operations. This involves: Sales forecasting, Sales trend analyses, Sales KPIs, Opportunity funnel, Margin management, Customer description, Capacity management, Inventory analyses. _
- You will joining a team spread across the globe which can provide you a great opportunity to work from distance in a very multicultural environment. _
- Objective of this internship program is to build a pipeline of high potential individuals with strong energy and desire to learn who could join our selective “new college graduate program”. _
**Your Responsibilities**:
- The overall set of responsibilities with fit withing below mentioned domain areas: _
**_Business Analysis _**_— you will review the sales pipeline and actuals information, and work towards unravelling the data using Machine Learning/AI to identify patterns and next steps _
**_Process re-engineering _**_— you will work to review the processes of our sales organization, and help to drive metrics around how we the Sales management team is performing through those processes _
**Your Profile**:
- Education level : You are currently pursing your degree in Engineering / Data Science / Business Administration with strong background in mathematics (statistics) and have at least two of following skills: _
- _foundational coding skills _
- _market intelligence _
- _statistical modelling _
- _Foundational knowledge of working with large-scale, complex datasets _
- _Foundational knowledge of using Salesforce/PowerBI/Dataiku/Tableau/ Excel _
- A good level of English is required, working in an international multi-site team _
**Working hours / contract duration**:
- Part time: 3 days per week _
- Duration _preferred _: 24 months_
