**CRM Campaign Expert (M/W/X)**

Within the Client Marketing team, the position is part of the Campaign Management team which is responsible for supporting countries in the definition, implementation, and analysis of their CRM plan with 3 objectives:
- Increase customer engagement and value
- Boost Sephora's revenues
- Increase the profitability of our animation plan
The CRM Campaign Specialist is responsible for the implementation and analysis of direct marketing campaigns on a group of countries and works to maximize the relevance and performance of the animation plan.
The team also takes part in various projects related to Sephora's strategy and priorities, which aims to revolutionize the customer experience: personalization of the customer journey, design and implementation of new automated campaigns, launch of new communication channels, new tools etc...

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :_**
- **
Implement the campaigns related to the Sephora animation plan**
- Setting up the campaign: creation of targets and routing
- Routing: integration of HTMLs, SMS/PUSH texts, sending of proofs
- Execution and monitoring of the sending of the campaign with follow-up of the deliverability
- **
Analyze the results of these campaigns and propose appropriate recommendations**
- Produce reports of the campaign
- Analyze the performance of these campaigns using all available KPIs: response metrics, conversion, additional sales, profitability, etc.
- Propose relevant recommendations to countries to improve the performance of the CRM plan (Channel priority, targeting, offers, etc.)
- **
Supporting countries in improving their CRM performance and customer value**
- Support countries in monitoring key CRM KPIs to identify local issues and propose action plans
- Contribute to the development of Sephora's CRM must win battles : boost omnichannel, work on recruitment and retention, develop customer value, fight against inactivity, boost frequency

- You have a degree in Marketing, Computer Science or Statistics
- You have at least **4** **years of experience in campaign management** (including internships), on a large database, ideally in the retail sector
- You are familiar with Adobe Campaign V7, ideally with the targeting and routing aspects
- Knowledge of HTML coding appreciated
- You are organized, rigorous and autonomous
- You have particularly good analytical skills
- You have an important marketing sensitivity and a sense of customer relationship stakes
- A very good knowledge of English (oral and written) is a prerequisite
- Knowledge of a datamining tool would be a plus
