We are currently looking for a **Channel Reporting & Analytics Administrator **based in our EMEA Headquarter in Sophia Antipolis
**Role Overview
The **Channel Reporting & Analytics Administrator **is part of the EMEA Channel Operations team, a team of professionals that interacts with our Channel community to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
In this role you will own a set of specific and documented reports delivery as part of the weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence. All of these reports (and their quality) are key for the Channel business to run smoothly.
You will be in charge of the collection of the monthly POS and Inventory reports from Fortinet distributors, managing also the relationship with our external data cleaning agency. To find appropriate information, you will have to be in touch with different departments within Fortinet (Operations, Finance, Technical, IT ) located in the US Silicon Valley headquarters, the Sophia Antipolis EMEA headquarters, and other regional offices.
**Key Responsibilities
- Support the internal team with data processing and verifying accuracy.
- Professionally handle incoming reporting requests and ensure they are received promptly.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gathering information, access and fulfil internal customer needs.
- Maintain process documentation by updating it when necessary. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
**Required Skills and Experience
- English - native language would be a plus
- Data collection and analytics, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and understanding of channel/indirect sales would be a plus
- Customer service orientation
- Adaptability
- Initiative Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
