**Notre Client Edition logiciels/solutions service client**: Editeur européen de solutions logicielles de centres de contact (plateforme de pilotage des flux appels entrants, omnicanale et des appels sortants / IA, chatbot / analytics) recherche un/une: COUNTRY MANAGER FRANCE H / F Poste basé à Paris OU full télétravail **Le Poste Direction Commerciale**: Vous êtes responsable du P&L France et commercialisez sur le marché français en bénéficiant du support de ressources à l'étranger. Préalablement, en vous appuyant sur l'existant (références clients France, premières initiatives marketing, communication et RP réalisées en France), vous: - Identifiez les secteurs et le type d'entreprises cibles - Structurez la stratégie marketing, communication, événements et RP en lien avec l'équipe support marketing - communication et la direction générale. Vous managez l'équipe France (en hiérarchique et en matriciel) et faites grandir la structure française en fonction de la croissance que vous générez : recrutement d'un chef de projet et d'un CSM supplémentaire, recrutement d'un avant-vente et d'un commercial supplémentaire, etc. **Profil recherché pour cette offre d'emploi**: De formation supérieure commerciale / marketing, vous avez: - Une expérience confirmée en développement commercial (" chasse ") chez un éditeur de solutions pour centres de contacts clients ou expérience client (CXM) ou chez un prestataire en gestion externalisée de la relation client - Une expérience et/ou des aptitudes intrapreneuriales qui vous permettront de construire une stratégie de croissance et de la réaliser - Une capacité à être un interlocuteur Conseil auprès de vos prospects / clients donneurs d'ordre (directeurs marketing, commercial, relation client et autres directions fonctionnelles) dans le domaine de la Relation Client - Une expérience managériale autour de la fonction commerciale et/ou account management et/ou déploiement de projets - De l'autonomie ainsi qu'une capacité à assurer des relations fluides avec des interlocuteurs dans plusieurs pays (hiérarchie, fonctions support) - Un anglais courant au moins à moyen terme sera un atout pour évoluer dans le groupe
