We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager (Contractor) to support our International Sales team.

**What You’ll Do**

As a Regional Sales Manager (Contractor), you will be responsible for proactively managing your assigned Southern Europe sales territory including France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and along the Mediterranean to Greece, Cyprus and Turkey. You will focus on cultivating new business while strengthening existing customer relationships. You will serve as a trusted consultant, providing best-in-class solutions to our partners’ needs. By leveraging Team Gamber-Johnson’s value proposition, you will further distinguish us as the partner of choice for both new and existing customers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Plan and implement effective sales programs to achieve growth through new account acquisition and existing account retention.
- Identify and prioritize new prospects, systematically penetrate new accounts, secure business, and ensure exceptional customer support.
- Manage and track lead generation and sales pipeline using business development tools.
- Develop sales opportunities through direct engagement with end users.
- Provide accurate forecasts for gross revenue/net sales (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Maintain timely and effective communication with internal and external partners.
- Manage assigned region using a CRM (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with inside sales representatives to ensure product implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing through market research, competitive feedback, and new product insights.
- Travel extensively to provide focused field sales coverage across the territory.

**What It Takes**

Work will be performed remotely within the assigned sales region.

**Qualifications**
- Hands-on, practical technical ability.
- **English and French** speaking, with any additional territory language capability an advantage
- Previous experience working from a home office with proper facilities.
- Based near a hub airport, most likely within France.
- Experience likely gained through in-vehicle mounting solution providers, rugged computer OEMs, or public safety equipment suppliers.
- Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and passport.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
