**What you will do**:
As the CRM specialist, you'll be part of the Employer brand and loyalty - Couriers & shop team and will play a key role building a sustainable workforce during this period of rapid growth.
- Develop, manage and execute CRM and loyalty activity and channels to support workforce acquisition, retention and reengagement.
- Champion the benefits of CRM and loyalty programmes, demonstrating return on investment (ROI) of all initiatives and successes.
- Work closely with local marketing and recruitment teams to review and build automated customer journeys to improve growth rates and conversion rates.
- Develop segmentation to support personalisation and improve employee engagement with the Getir brand.
**What you need**:
- Multiple years proven experience in CRM, ideally in an international environment
- You have experience collaborating with Marketing on building campaigns for internal and external branding initiatives;
- You have experience building loyalty, re-engagement and attraction campaigns;
- You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills that foster connection, collaboration and confidence;
- A keen eye on the latest CRM innovations in the market
- Eagerness in delivering results in a cross-functional, high-growth, and fast-paced environment.
- Genuine interest in the well being of our employees and the processes that help them bring their best selves to work.
