You will be responsible for leading multiple Perfumery Innovation programs, ensuring clear strategy and objectives for the programs as well as ensuring they are resourced to deliver the business needs. You will work closely with the project managers as first level of escalation, technical teams, commercial partners, and S&R to ensure the overall program is on track. You will bring clarity to stakeholders and drive tough portfolio prioritization and choices.
You will be involved in all aspects of the programs Inc IP prioritization and evergreening, reg Affairs etc; accountable for the progression of the innovation programs as well as quality gate documentation and supporting the project managers where necessary.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensure clear vision for the program, understanding the consumer needs, market evolution and program understanding to set correct prioritization and resourcing of projects within allocated program(s)
- Ensure projects within program(s) are on track and issues are resolved promptly. Where gaps appear, propose solutions
- Partner with strategic segment unit (SSU) to deliver quality gate documents; verbalizing the value proposition, strategic rationale and competitive market situation.
- Play the key interface role between technical and commercial teams, owning the program-level communication
- Support project management team by breaking down roadblocks, flagging help needed and covering/coaching as appropriate
- Lead, for example, the ideation process or the technical review board

**You bring**

Competencies required:

- 8+ years business experience
- Business and Commercial acumen
- Masters verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English, French is a plus
- Uses emotional intelligence to resolve complex cross-functional issues

We value:

- Sales, marketing or commercial experience is preferred
- Proven project or programme management experience is a plus
- Strong bias for action
- Knowledge of Perfumery business and technical background (chemistry or science background is a plus)
