You will be responsible for leading and driving cross-functional, end-to-end Perfumery Innovation projects from Ideation/development through the Stage Gate Process to deployment. A champion of the stage gate process, you will continuously drive discipline with pragmatism to deliver Innovation at pace.
Additionally, you will manage and coach more junior members of the team on project management fundamentals as well as be responsible for overseeing tasks such as resource planning, portfolio reporting etc.

Role can be based in multiple locations, ideally Europe.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Lead multiple, complex projects from kick-off to deployment ensuring excellent communication to stakeholders
- Work collaboratively across functions, levels and locations to quickly identify and resolve road blocks or escalate issues to resolution when needed.
- Drive efficiency via standardisation; creating base milestones and project plans where appropriate, continuously raising the bar on the innovation projects.
- Expert in process and systems, you will lead the change management of Planview to Accolade and E3D to the new 5D gate process
- Coach and manage more junior team members to create a high-functioning project management team
- Accountable for various additional tasks such as resource management, ideation process etc, to be defined

**You bring**

Competencies required:

- Proven project management experience (5+ years)
- Strong planning skills - proficiency in MS project/Excel and/or relative systems such as Planview/Accolade
- Masters verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
- Acts as a change champion, able to help drive mindset and process change across the organisation
- Uses emotional intelligence to act as a mentor and develop team members (hard skills, soft skills) as well as manage stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written English, French a plus
