You will be responsible for leading and driving cross-functional, end-to-end Perfumery Innovation projects from Ideation through the Stage Gate Process to deployment. A champion of the stage gate process, you will continuously drive discipline with pragmatism to deliver Innovation at pace.

Role can be based in multiple locations, ideally Europe.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Lead multiple projects from kick-off to deployment ensuring excellent communication to stakeholders
- Work collaboratively across functions, levels and locations to quickly identify and escalate issues to resolution
- Expert in process and systems, comfortable working in Planview/Accolade and stage gate processes E3D/PMP
- Comfortable with change - support the organisation to move to the new 5D gate process
- Accountable for various additional tasks such as resource management, ideation process etc, to be defined

**You bring**

Competencies required:

- Proven project management experience (3+ years)
- Strong planning skills - proficiency in MS project/Excel and/or relative systems such as Planview/Accolade
- Masters verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
- Acts as a change champion, able to help drive mindset and process change across the organisation
- Uses emotional intelligence to act as a mentor and develop team members (hard skills, soft skills) as well as manage stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written English, French a plus

- Knowledge of Perfumery business and technical background (chemistry or science background is a plus)
