**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote NeilMed Piercing Aftercare products to clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have 5 years Proven experience in sales.
- High end retail experience a plus.
- previous Trade show experience a plus.
- Knowledge of the piercing industry and aftercare products is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excel and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
