Manage the Solvency II Quantitative Reporting team, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Stakeholder management and presentation to the top management of the quarterly and annual Solvency II results for the Group and SCOR SE (including communication with Comex member if required)
- Coordinate and produce QRTs and P&L attribution for SCOR Group and solo entities, ensuring consistency with other financial reporting.
- Prepare quarterly internal reporting packages for management and support the production of quarterly landing figures.
- Document detailed processes on data sources, quality, and improvements needed.
- Contribute to the development of IT architecture for Solvency II, including automation and AI initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation of policies and principles
- Support regulatory watch and ensure processes and positions are updated as needed.
- Work closely with other departments within Finance and Risk, particularly with other teams in the Group Controlling & Reporting department.
- Lead the Solvency II Quantitative Reporting team.
- Key stakeholder management
- Coordinate the production of QRTs and P&L attribution.
- Prepare internal reporting packages.
- Document processes and controls.
- Develop and maintain IT tools and systems.
- Support regulatory compliance and updates.
- Collaborate with other departments within Finance and Risk.
- Strong background in accounting/finance with Solvency II knowledge.
- Good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and statutory accounting principles.
- Experience in consolidation - systems
- Planning and analysis - process and production
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research, data analysis, and resolve complex problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products, with an affinity for IT/systems.
- Team leadership experience.
- French and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
