Head of Back End Applications

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**

We are currently looking for a Head of Global Back End Applications. The Head of Back End Applications will define, implement and manage the set of tools and services around global ERP and related tools within Exclusive Networks. With a large part of our operations using NetSuite as the main ERP and CRM solution, the role will Include all aspects on the ERP/CRM setup leveraging NetSuite.

This Includes management ongoing deployments, support, development and functional consultant teams, a team of around 20 FTEs located in more than 10 countries. In addition, the role also includes other ERPs and tools, such as OneStream, Kyriba, Keffron and HR IS tools in use In the countries where we are present. Finally, as part of the continuous Integration of new acquisitions, the role Includes defining the plans and strategy for Integration of acquisitions within the Exclusive Network eco-system[CD1].

The Head of Back End Applications will report to the Group CIO

**As the **Head of Back End Applications**, you will**:

- Manage the support and development teams and backlogs.
- Manage the Functional specialists who translate business opportunities and change into clear functional requirements.
- Liaise with peers within the IT leadership team to ensure coherence in tool sets provided (Data & Analytics, Project Management Office, Front End Applications,)
- Liaise with Business Processes owners and Functional stakeholders within the Exclusive Organization
- As such manage the short-, mid
- and long-term plans and strategy on our Back End tools
- Experience In managing relationship with 3rd party service providers and Integrators for ERP deployments and related

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

**The ideal Head of Back End Applications**:

- International management of ERP development aspects such as deployments, support including functionalities in the areas of Finance, Logistics, Warehousing In a leadership role
- Experience with international NetSuite deployments including multi-country logistics is a must
- Experience with other tools in the Back End eco-system such as deployments of Kyriba, Keffron, OneSteam or other known and proven Treasury, Consolidation and e-Invoicing solutions
- 10-15 years of working experience
- Fluent English Is mandatory
- Experience In management of functional areas (Finance, Logistics or operations related) would a Plus.
- Preferred working location: Alton (UK), Paris (France), Krakow (Poland): the role is partially remote, as we expect you to spend time with your team, colleagues and stakeholders on site: target is 2-3 days remote / from home.
