QUELLES MISSIONS VOUS SERONT CONFIEES ?

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Project Management Office, vous prendrez en charge les missions suivantes:

- Participer à l’évaluation d’une opportunité de projet et à la mise en place d’un nouveau projet (planning, constitution de l’équipe projet)
- Planifier les activités du projet avec le Directeur de Projet et les Equipiers Projet en termes de délai/coûts externes/ressources internes et renseigne les informations dans l’outil dédié
- Contribuer à l’optimisation du planning du Projet, à l'anticipation des activités à réaliser et aux risques associés
- Aider le Directeur de Projet à la rédaction de dashboards mensuels
- Piloter des réunions mensuelles avec les équipes métier du suivi des jalons majeurs des Projets, des ressources internes et des coûts externes prévisionnels
- Gérer la documentation du Projet dans l’outil dédié
- S'assurer de la bonne utilisation des méthodes et outils de management de projet afin d'augmenter l'efficacité et de garantir la conformité
- Administrer le système d’information projets LFB et former les nouveaux utilisateurs

QUEL PROFIL POUR CETTE OPPORTUNITE ?

Issu.e d'une formation Bac + 5 scientifique avec une spécialisation en gestion de projets, vous justifiez d'une première expérience (stage, alternance) en planification de projets dans un secteur industriel, idéalement en développement pharmaceutique et possédez les compétences suivantes:

- Excellente maitrise de la gestion de projets
- Maîtrise des outils de planification (MS Project, Sciforma, Planisware) ainsi que du Pack office (notamment tableaux croisés dynamiques et formules dans Excel)
- Capacité à travailler en transversal et en mode collaboratif avec un bon relationnel
- Anglais courant
