**Description de poste**:
Nous recherchons un Chargé d'affaires CVC passionné(e) pour intégrer notre équipe dédiée aux Field Devices.

En tant que membre clé de notre équipe, votre rôle consistera à:

- Interagir avec les clients, les fournisseurs, les ingénieurs, les sous-traitants, les directeurs commerciaux... etc.
- Fournir des devis de vente et des documents justificatifs.
- Gérer et améliorer les relations d'affaires existantes.
- Mettre l'accent sur l'apprentissage continu et le développement des compétences.

**Missions et responsabilités principales**:

- Promouvoir et vendre les offres de Distech Controls Field Devices, en vendant des Field Devices aux principaux décideurs.
- Établir des relations de partenariat avec les clients ; Écoutez activement, sondez et identifiez les préoccupations, comprenez l'activité de chaque client et faites preuve d'expertise technique pour développer la crédibilité, la fidélité et la confiance.
- Effectuer des présentations avec les clients et assister à des événements et des réunions d'interaction avec les clients, afin de soutenir les membres de l'équipe de vente.
- Fournir des mises à jour techniques et des briefings au personnel de vente sur les derniers produits Field Devices et les tendances de l'industrie.
- Atteindre les objectifs de l'équipe en termes de nombre total de projets cités, de rapidité de réponse, d'indicateurs clés de performance... etc.
- Gérer les outils communs du département et coordonner les activités avec les autres membres de l'équipe.
- Tenir à jour une base de données du service des ventes Fournisseurs/clients/entrepreneurs.
- Aider à rédiger un plan de développement du transporteur et fournir un plan de formation.
- Adhérer à toutes les politiques et procédures de Distech Controls/Acuity Brands.
- S'acquitter de toutes autres tâches qui lui sont confiées par la direction.

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplôme technique universitaire/certificat en CVC/contrôles ou toute autre expérience pertinente en automatisation des bâtiments
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en CVC ou en automatisation des bâtiments
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, de communication et de présentation
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à gérer diverses priorités.
- Structuré et bien organisé.
- Proactif, autonome et fait preuve de leadership.
- Débrouillard et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanées
- Anglais et français courant
