The Control & Reporting team is within the Global Support team that is in charge of the maintenance and
coordination of processes, guidelines, ICS documentation and campaign, Quality Control, System support,
Data development, Reporting and Compliance.

Working in the Internal Control and Compliance process department, you will be in charge of:

- Monitor and control specific business processes related to managing insurance or reinsurance contracts.

You will make sure these processes are running smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with regulations and company policies taking into account local specificities
- Produce report for several use cases.
- Ensure the compliance of the activities

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive KYC checks on new and existing clients to verify their identity and assess
potential risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC records and documentation.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Support projects and clean-up activities
- Audit the reviews of the local hub
- Support the TA&A community
- Contribute to all the others transversal challenges the department could have (data, process, system)
- Prepare the evidence for the internal & external audit
- Maintain the Sanction & Embargo Process, Tax calculation process
- Produce reporting related to different regulators data call
- Produce reconciliation report
- Efficiently and effectively manage all the operational TA&A reports
- Develop and maintain standard as well as ad hoc reports (BO and OMEGA)
- Control and monitor report requests to avoid multiple reports with the same content
- Publish, communicate, and make reports available for other departments
- Develop standardized user-friendly report layouts
