**Description du poste**:
As Chief of staff - Strategic Funding, you will work directly with the cofounders to secure and manage the resources necessary for EPYR’s growth and success. You will play a dual role, combining responsibilities in strategic funding with operational and organizational support to help shape the company's trajectory.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Researching and identifying potential funding sources, including grants, loans, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align funding strategies with organizational objectives and financial needs.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of fundraising activities and financial targets.
- Providing hands-on support in building the company’s foundations, including communication, organization, and culture.
- Overseeing financial planning, reporting, and monitoring key performance targets.
- Managing special projects to drive strategic and operational improvements across the organization.
- This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational execution to drive EPYR’s growth and ensure its long-term success.
**Profil recherché**:
You graduated from a tier-1 master’s degree in business or public administration (or equivalent)
You have a first experience (internship, first job) in finance / consulting.
You are curious, proactive and analytical and have strong problem solving skills
