**Key Account Manager - B2B Software - Remote - France**

**Aspire Software is currently looking for a Key Account Salesperson to join our team**

We are currently looking for a Key Account Salesperson for one of our companies.

The main role of the Key Account Salesperson is to take charge of sales activities: key account prospecting / marketing plan / customer relations / trade show / etc... The Key Account Salesperson works closely with the management.

Contract: position based in France / executive / permanent contract

**What your day will be like**:

- Active prospecting on the key account market / travel to the field (40%)
- Managing the RFP and RFQ processes for corporate clients, respecting deadlines and accuracy.
- Develop sales on existing client portfolio
- Establish and maintain effective partnerships with integrator partners
- Work collaboratively with marketing, support, implementation and R&D teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Effective use of internal and external data to analyze sales trends (churn, shrinkage, expansion, upsell opportunities).
- Effective management of the sales organization and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders (project managers, internal/external consultants)
- Establish sales activity reporting (salesforce, MarketingCloud, PowerBI), and produce analytics that drive sales action

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in achieving goals in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven use of a structured sales methodology in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of Retail / POS is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to make effective presentations to in-person and online audiences
- Proven track record of successful representation at trade shows
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- 40% travel required, with the ability to travel on short notice.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (creating reports, views, etc.)
- Autonomy, a taste for challenge and curiosity
- Must be fluent in French and English, both written and verbal
- Legally authorized to work in France
