**La mission de Breega**

Breega est un fonds d’investissement secteur agnostic, qui finance des startups en phase de démarrage (pré-seed, seed, série A/B). Depuis sa création en 2013, Breega a investi dans 70 startups en France et à l'international et gère actuellement 260M€. Breega est plus qu'un simple investisseur.

Créée par des entrepreneurs pour des entrepreneurs, Breega accompagne les startups de son portefeuille à chaque étape de leur développement et leur offre gratuitement une expertise opérationnelle sur les différentes fonctions support : RH, business development, communication, marketing et juridique ; ainsi que des opportunités de développement international.

Breega est investisseur dans Exotec Solutions (robotique), Ibanfirst (fintech), Curve (fintech), Fretlink (marketplace), Ubble (vérification d'identité), Didomi (gestion du consentement), GoJob (Jobbing), Gymlib (Sport), MoneyBox (fintech) et bien d'autres entreprises.

**Tes missions**:
Rejoins la team scale qui accompagne les startups de notre portefeuille, afin de les soutenir sur leurs sujets stratégiques et de les aider à se développer. Cette expérience te permettra de comprendre les leviers humains et organisationnels de l'entrepreneuriat dans les startups:

- Accompagner les fondateurs et fondatrices de startups sur leurs problématiques liées à l’organisation et la croissance (organigrammes, talent acquisition, marque employeur ) et au développement des Talents (learning & development, coaching, pay & reward...)
- Participer à la prise de décision en accord avec l’équipe Scaling,
- Identifier des solutions innovantes en termes d'organisation et d’outils de gestion,
- Créer des outils RH pour les startups,
- Travailler sur la marque employeur, rechercher et proposer des éléments différenciants pour nos startups,
- Mesurer et analyser la performance des actions menées au niveau du recrutement/des RH,

Breega est un fonds généraliste, vous aurez donc l'opportunité de travailler sur des secteurs variés (fintech, insurtech, IA, marketplaces, foodtech, etc.) en France et à l'étranger et ainsi développer une connaissance métier sur chacun de ces sujets.

**Ton profil**:

- Anglais courant (écrit et parlé),
- Français courant,
- Une précédente expérience en startup ou en recrutement,
- Intérêt pour l’écosystème entrepreneurial.
