Job Description Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for the entire commercial and sales force effectiveness function on an international level. Owning the commercial effectiveness systems and designing the rights commercial effectiveness strategy through working with various internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic
- Establish embecta commercial effectiveness strategy and framework
- Lead the sales effectiveness function on International level
- Lead All SFDC trainings and owning the platform
- Lead the design of the system with external vendors and consultants
- Understand the different Go to Market models and define the right gorals to optimize the organization efficiency

Operational
- Responsible for the launch of the new CRM -SFDC- system. This includes trainings, setting the right KPIs, Key success factors, superusers identification and reporting mechanisms
- Define, communicate, and maintain regional standards resource deployment and coverage models and other related field operations capabilities.
- Establish the right tracking and monitoring tools and building a governance process for commercial effectiveness
- Work closely with the Analytics and customer insights manager on defining the right dashboards for the Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and sales enablement systems
- Set high standards for sales methodologies, key account management models and lead management for International

About you
- 5+ years experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in medical technology or pharmaceutical industry is a must
- Mastery in Sales Force effectiveness systems.
- Track of record in understanding of customer engagement frameworks, digital channels and new engagement models.
- Proficiency in analytics and business intelligence
- Ability to work cross functional and regions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English. Other European language is desired.
- Comfort and experience tackling ambiguous and complex problems.
