**General Description**:
**Your tasks & responsibilities**:
- Support Goodyear's Franchise partners to use Goodyear's own Point of Sales solution for Tire Fitters, Garages and Car Service stations
- Maximize customer satisfaction in processes or systems through efficient and effective interaction as well as collaboration with all stakeholders
- Align internal and external partners on the further development of the solution with a focus to define standardized processes
- Work in an international team with multiple stakeholders to maintain and enhance Goodyears international solution
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- Alternatively, 4-6 years' work experience in the field of IT Business Software
- Experience and knowledge in project management.
- Experience with small sized ERP solutions, preferable Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central will be an asset
- Experience with Retail, preferably in the automotive industry, is considered a plus
- Collaborative and customer oriented, experienced in facilitating meetings with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive, flexible, enjoying challenge and bringing new ideas forward
- Well-rounded professional, working in a structured and organized way
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel in European Europe(max 20-30 days per year)
