GLOBAL PROJECT MANAGER SPAs

Position Overview
Coty is looking for a Global Project Manager SPAs with a consolidated knowledge of professional skincare business, along with proven marketing and sales skills. In this role you will be responsible of the maintenance of existing relations with our spa partners part of image and communication roadmap for the brand. Additionally, you will also be entitled to help to the development of the professional channel for the brand: strategy, new openings, growth plan. The Global Project Manager SPAs will be the main point of contact with the channel and coordinate Global Teams and markets.

Main Responsibilities
Develop the channel performance through dedicated activation plans (trainings, events, incentives, CRM/clienteling program) and ensuring a constant follow up
Provide guidelines for the highest consumer experience and best execution
Coordinate with Global Teams to build dedicated tools for the channel / protocols / product line up
Help building the strategy around SPAs/professional channel development (new openings, sales, performance KPIs)

Profile/Key Competencies

At least 5 years’ experience in a selective environment
Passionate by Skincare premium knowledge
Field/in-store knowledge is needed
Must have strong interpersonal skills and project management skill
Good communication skills
Organized, accurate and highly detail orientated
English speaking
China market previous experience is a plus must
