**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the deployment, maintenance and support of all current IT systems, including SAP (Retails, Warehouse Management and FICO), POS, CRM, BI/BO, database, digitals, unified communications tools and office automations
- Act as a local referral point to HQ/local IT team
- Deploy and manage corporate projects in the region in compliance with the group standards and the defined schedules
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements and documentation of modifications and upgrades
- Provide end user and subsidiaries’ IT training
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- 7 to 10 years of Retail IT experience with at least 3 to 5 years focusing on SAP Applications- CRM or POS systems with the project management experience- Experience with SAP MM, WM and SD Modules- Networking and Infrastructure knowledge
