This role will continuously improve and innovate Pigment’s comprehensive financial management and leadership to support, alongside our Head of Finance, our fast global expansion, our performance reporting, and our Executive strategic decision making processes. She/he will play a critical role in Pigment Finance team's ability to scale.
- We are looking for an experienced, self-starter, confident personality, with an ability to operate in a fast-paced and ever-changing global startup environment, and with proven successful experience in interacting with Senior Leadership on complex cross-functional projects.

**What you will do**:

- Champion the healthy management and oversight of our financial resources, promoting efficiency, high performance and overall value for money through day-to-day operational controls
- Advise our Head of Finance on our investment opportunities, while weighing risks against financial benefits
- Lead our Finance team towards continual improvements of workflows and operational decision-making processes
- Drive culture of collaboration across our Accounting, FP&A/Reporting, and Finance Operations team
- Undertake strategic analysis and assist our Head of Finance with strategic planning, including leading on the development of the annual and medium term financial plans and on the development of transparent metrics to support insights and decisions
- Lead the delivery of timely accurate financials, performance analysis as well as monitor forecasts, alongside the FP&A team. Ensure that targets are set, met, monitored and they are conveyed down the line so that operational teams are enabled to meet these targets
- Support our Head of Finance on our Corporate law matters (cap table management, General Assembly organization, fundraising, stock option issuance and grants, valuation reports, etc.)
- Engage with our Senior Leadership Team on our key decision-making processes with superior ability to communicate on foreseen risks, sound mitigation and/or corrective strategies to ensure accountability of our operational teams.

**Who you are**:

- 5 years+ of experience in a leading M&A or Transaction Services firm
- 3-5 years+ in Senior finance position within a Corporate (e.g. Head of FP&A, Head of Financial Controlling/Corporate Finance/Strategic Finance) with proven experience in influencing Leadership decisions where appropriate to achieve budget, targets and financial strategies
- Knowledge of Finance business/IT systems such as an EPM a plus
- Significant, successful experience in collaborating with other business functions, with proven effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance team
- Demonstrated strategic, analytical & problem-solving skills with superior attention to details
- Hands-on and autonomous working style
- Agility to keep pace with fast-paced environments, with ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
