Ankorstore was founded in 2019 to build a platform that enables independent shops and brands to connect and thrive. As a result, we became a wholesale marketplace that provides the tools these entrepreneurs need to compete against e-commerce giants.

We work with a network of independent retailers all across Europe, including concept stores, design shops, boutiques, fine food stores and other retailers. Brands retain complete control over which retailers they choose and who they sell to.

We support businesses and local economies, not corporations, employing communities of creative people who value craftsmanship over mass production and mass-market deals.

Only two years after our successful launch, we gathered 300,000 retailers and 30,000 brands across Europe and reached unicorn status with a valuation of €1.75 billion.

**The opportunity and responsibilities**:
As a Workplace experience assistant, you'll join the Ankorstore People team on a mission to enable every team member to thrive and to rewild work.

Reporting to the People Development and Experience manager and in collaboration with the Internal communication manager, your main missions will be:
Workplace Experience:

- Ensure that we provide the best experience for our office-based and remote-based employees across Europe
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding process and the welcoming of newcomers to Ankorstore
- Design and implement rituals to foster team-spirit in partnership with People Partners and Managers
- Organize online and in-person events (breakfast, parties, offsites )
- Coordinate day-to-day office management activities

Internal communication:

- Contribute to building the internal communication calendar for the whole company
- Promote events and initiatives to foster team-spirit
- Propose adapted and innovative ways to communicate and reinforce the sense of belonging at Ankorstore

**Your profile**:

- You are preparing to graduate from a Communication or Design school (Bac+4/Bac+5)
- You are described as someone detail-oriented & organized while being practical and proactive
- You're able to write and speak fluently both in English and French, additional European languages are a plus
- You are comfortable with Google suite and master communication and design tools
- You are a team player and able to coordinate with various types of stakeholders
