Finance Active is a leading provider of debt management SaaS solutions to improve the performance of debt management and financial risk management: foreign exchange, investment, forecasting and guarantees. Permanently connected to the financial markets, our solutions allow the monitoring and valuation of positions, and simplify the management of operations considered complex.

In April 2021, Finance Active joined Altus Group, a leading provider of asset and fund information for commercial real estate.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the company’s client portfolio and ensure its development.
- Support clients and act as their main point of contact. Listen to clients to identify and address their needs. Handle customer complaints.
- Oversee the customer retention strategy.
- Monitor the action plan and analyze results and performance indicators.
- Analyze user experience and propose areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports. Ensure regular and proactive follow-up of deployed accounts to guarantee customer satisfaction and proper use of the solution by users.
- Coordinate and unify work teams.
- Support back-office tasks to ensure the quality of client data entered in our systems.
- Collaborate with:
- ** Sales** to identify commercial opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) for subscriptions, consulting services, or additional offerings,
- ** Marketing** to pinpoint key satisfaction drivers and create customer success stories,
- ** Product and R&D** to relay feedback and technical improvement needs for our solutions.
- Manage the flow of customer requests.
**Key Qualifications**
- Higher education (university or business school), Master’s level in Finance and/or Banking.
- Knowledge of interest rate products: loans, swaps, options, etc.
- Good understanding of macroeconomics.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical, writing, and synthesis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear, structured, and well-argued speech. Pedagogical approach.
- Interest and curiosity for software tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to support others.
- ** Fluent in Italian.**
