We are recruiting a Country HR Lead for our France perimeter
- The main role is to develop and execute an innovative HR strategy and to proactively focus on the strategic challenges of the business in order to provide meaningful human capital information and support to the business leaders.

The HR Lead will champion the organisational values, culture and HR delivery model within the business, providing forward-looking processes to develop and implement HR programmes that contribute directly to Randstad Digital's business agenda.
- Painting a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others into action.
- Demonstrate agility and knowledge towards future work dynamics, social media, design thinking, and the digital workspace to drive transformation and continuous business growth.
- Coach and develop leaders to deliver people management capabilities, drive retention efforts, and elevate the employee experience.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of HR Professionals to provide value add and excellent service to the business via day-to-day generalist support and strategy execution.
- Demonstrate financial acumen and organizational effectiveness capabilities to drive business efficiencies & profitability through strategic use of human capital.
- Provide proactive guidance, support with strategic recommendations and solutions related to workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and succession planning.votre profil

You have at least 8 years' proven experience in managing and leading global and virtual teams,
extensive experience of working and communicating with works councils
an ability to lead organisational change initiatives and influence senior executives.
You have the ability to effectively influence all decision-makers within the Services Group to ensure compliance with Randstad's policies, guidelines and strategic objectives.
You are an ambassador for France in the global HR community.
An affinity with consulting activities is an asset.
