The Global Legal Team at TheFork is here to unlock business opportunities by empowering TheFork leaders to take informed business decisions and reasonable risks in every Country where diners and Restaurant owners meet for amazing dining experiences. Our Team is growing internationally and we don’t lose our soul and goal: we strive to provide our business clients with concise, effective and down-to-earth legal advice, we are ahead of the curve in understanding the regulatory, commercial and compliance requirements, now and in the foreseeable future.
- What you’ll do:_

TheFork is looking for a Legal Contract Manager to support our global legal team during maternity leave of one of our colleagues. In this role, you will be providing commercially savvy legal advice to all Countries where TheFork operates in the World. You will have a chance to advise on a variety of Sales, Marketing, Contract and Commercial matters. We foresee you to be active in the following areas, but be ready to be flexible as business priority may change:

- Provide legal support to the TheFork Central Marketing, Local Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, PR teams;
- Be a contract ninja, create and review templates, review marketing campaigns, tackle commercial transaction issues and help the team scale vendor/IT operations;
- Be ready to provide prompt legal advice on a wide range of legal requests from business partners in a variety of teams.
- Be the master of our B2B Terms of Sale, keep track of business evolution to amend and update the publicly-facing terms;
- Work with the Tripadvisor Procurement team to manage contracts lifecycle, come up with new ideas to scale and automate business processes and operations involving legal support and advice;
- Be an enabler, move from “no” to a “yes, but” attitude;
- Provide strategic legal and business advice to help develop a comprehensive, long-term approach to legal issues/risks;
- Administration and resolution of legal issues, pre-litigation and litigation commercial disputes.
- Work closely with other lawyers in the TheFork and Tripadvisor’s wider Legal team, both in Europe and in the US;
- Engage and manage outside counsel;
- Who you are?_
- 3+ years of experience, with experience in handling contract drafting and related negotiation and disputes.
- Qualified to practice in EU preferred;
- Fluent in English as professional business language; French a plus;
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitasking, prioritize and follow-through on numerous projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Self-starter and able to work well independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively frame issues to drive analysis and execution.
- Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
